You're simply required to fill out the
Registration form for Listeners and
send it to us via email before the registration deadline. We'll
contact you after we review the form.
One regular registration can cover a paper 5 pages, including
all figures, tables, and references for one main author of the
paper.
One regular registration covers only one author. Co-authors SHOULD
also register in-order to join in the conference and display their
name in the conference materials.
The one day visit is not included in the regular registration. If
you wan to know more about the one day tour in Bangkok, Thailand, please check
the One Day Visit.
All the registration fees quoted above are inclusive the Taxes.
If you would like to register as committee member, please send email
to ieai@acm-sg.org to apply.
If the refund is requested prior to March
31, 2025, 30% of registration fee will be charged. No refund will be
processed after March 31, 2025. The registration fee cannot be
refunded when the VISA application of individual being denied.
Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake,
natural disaster, war and country policy, the organizer reserves the
rights to change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect
and takes no responsibility.
